Typical Friday

Ok so I tried to post something the other day but I guess the site was experiencing some technical difficulties.....What else is new in this crazy place we call a world....So It's Friday again...Hip Hip Horray!!!!!!

This morning has gotten off to a good start. I have no complaints....although the sun is hiding behind the clouds now and we have a Winter Storm Watch. That's good ole' Michigan weather for ya.

Playing the field is getting a little old....tired....and not to mention cold on these winter nights. Such is life. Well I guess I'll get back to work since that's what they pay me to do!!!!

Freaky Friday!!!!

I woke up this morning to no rain...an hour after I get out of work it's pouring outside.....YUCK!!!! But I'm still in an excellent mood today. I say it's Freaky Friday because some freaky stuff has been going on. Not to mention that it is Friday the 13th!!!!! For all u superstitious folks...not I....

Anyway so this guy I met like 2wks ago at a gas station in Detroit has been blowing me up!!!!! I mean he's one of those people the call you before you get a chance to call them back. Well he left a message on my voicemail at like 2:30am and you know I had to call Freda and let her hear this CRAZY message this 33 yr old man left me.

I will not disclose his name for my own reputational (is that even a word??? LOL @ me) purposes....LOL.....That's exactly why I don't give my number out to people. Just because they look good on the outside and that initial conversation appears to be all good....does not keep them out of the category of being CRAZY......PSYCHOTIC......or DERANGED!!!!!! I always seem to attract all of the above.

Laidback Saturday

So I woke up today completely exhausted and I dunno why....but I knew I had to make it to the bank before noon...so I pressed my way. The weather was down right ugly...I hate scraping ice off my windows and that's exactly what I had to do.

Anyway Freda calls me and says "Come Over"...by this time it's about 12:30pm and I said "Ok". So she cooked the bomb breakfast that we didn't eat until like 3pm and. So after we were done being fat we were watching this lifetime movie and Freda had to get ready for work. I fell asleep at like 4:30pm and slept until like 8pm. I guess this sista was tired!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a boring Saturday huh???? Hey did I tell you we went and found our bridesmaids dresses for Freda's wedding? I think they're cute and the fact that I'm already cute just brings the dress out even more!!!!! Okay let me quit. You know what here's a picture of me in the dress so you can just tell me what ya think.

It's Friday Finally.....I swear it has been a long week. Helping Freda plan stuff for her wedding...working like a Hebrew slave.....and having people get on my everlasting nerve. You know that last nerve you're supposed to have left for yourself. Ahhhhhh....what a sigh of relief. As I sit here at my desk at work I look out my window and notice that the sun is trying to peek out of the clouds from which it's been hiding for like 2 weeks.

I could say Happy Friday but why when I got up this morning to get into my car...my locks were frozen....just when I said I was going to go into the office early I ended up being late because of this time consuming dreadful matter. But it's all good!!!!!

So I talked to "D" last night.......my face lights up when I hear his voice or even say his name. "D" is a new friend that I just so happened to bring my new year in with. Yeah I've only known him for 6 days now but he really has it going on. If it wasn't for my wonderful cousin Jackie...I would have never met him. Thanks for calling Percy back Jack!!!!!!!!! Anyway.......I don't want to jinx myself...but keep checking out my blogs because I'm sure you'll be hearing more about "D" in the future. I'm just gonna take my time...go with the flow and let the pieces fall wherever they may.
